My room had a microwave and fridge. the bathroom had soft towels and clean surfaces. i saw the free shuttle bus service, with a helpful driver. Dinner and breakfast options were very diverse.
I needed shower shoes. the hotel did not provide those. even a free bottle of water was not available in the room.
